The Edmonton Regional Women’s Committee has embarked on a series of workshops where PSAC Women create a Visual Artistic Journal based on feminist themes.
The first workshop was an introduction to your journal journey. Where they read a short piece on Uses of the Erotic: Erotic of Power (Citation: Lorde, Audre. “Uses of the Erotic: The erotic as Power.” Sister Outsider: Essays and Speeches. Freedom, CA: Crossing Press, 1984. 53-59). Once read participants completed the first two pages of their journal.

The event will take place on Saturday July 13th, 2019 from 10-2pm at 10665 Jasper Avenue, Suite 670.
We ask that you RSVP by July 5, 2019 by using the Register Online tool above. You may also RSVP by calling the Edmonton Regional Office at 780-423-1290. Please identify any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
We will be accepting the first 25 women that register.
