The Public Service Alliance of Canada is negotiating a new collective agreement for nearly 100,000 Treasury Board employees working in the federal public service. Here are our major demands:

• ADDRESSING PHOENIX
• FAIR WAGES
• REDUCING TEMPORARY WORK & TERMS
• PUSHING BACK AGAINST CONTRACTING OUT
• INTRODUCING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEAVE
• SUPPORTING FAMILIES

Our bargaining team is also proposing improvements to other forms of paid leave, such as vacation leave, and adding National Indigenous Peoples Day as a paid holiday.

National bargaining is also ongoing for CFIA, Nav Canada, Parks and CRA.  And across the Prairies, bargaining is underway at for employees of universities, crown corporations, airports and other employers.
