Many members assume bargaining is a hostile interaction. However, that's not always the case. It's a collective dialogue that requires cooperation from both sides. This webinar will focus on how bargaining works and the process required to implement a collective agreement within federal jurisdiction.

Beginning January 2015, the PSAC Prairie Region will host monthly, interactive webinars as an outlet for members to learn about critical issues and get important updates. The webinars will also be an opportunity for members to ask questions and give feedback. The webinars will be held on the second Wednesday of every month and will feature guest speakers who are experts in the field.
