What is a Collective Agreement?  It contains the rights and responsibilities of the union member, worker, the employer, and the union.  An easy 4-step process will allow you to interpret your collective agreement.   This 90-minute workshop is a guide to understanding your collective agreement and its importance in your work life.  Find out about the impact you can have on defending and improving your collective agreement.
