The following is a description of the Grievance Handling Course:
Grievance Handling:
This two-day course for union stewards will develop participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in effectively solving problems at the workplace. A major portion of time will be spent on the relevant technical skills i.e. identifying, investigating, writing up, and presenting grievances.
The course will be located at the Calgary Regional Office Suite 302 of the Hillhurst Professional Building.
Timings are Saturday June 8, 2013 8:30-4:30pm to Sunday June 9, 2013 8:30 to 4:30pm
