Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
As a result of a decision by delegates at the 2003 PSAC Convention, Regional Executive Vice-Presidents and their Alternates are elected in the regions, at their respective Regional Conventions. In advance of the 2011 Prairie Region Triennial Convention, I have been tasked in my capacity as Regional Coordinator-Prairies, with facilitating the nomination process.
Enclosed please find the official call for nominations along with a nomination form. Elections for these positions will be held at the Prairie Region Convention in Winnipeg on June 11, 2011.
If you want to run for office or nominate someone to run for office please review carefully the enclosed eligibility criteria, nominations deadline, process for submitting nominations along with other important details of the nominations process.
