COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN

SODEXO CANADA LIMITED (AT 15 WING MOOSE JAW)

AND

PUBLIC SERVICE ALLIANCE OF CANADA (UNION OF NATIONAL DEFENSE EMPLOYEES LOCAL 40807)

Expiry Date - June 30, 2014

The purpose of this collective agreement is to maintain and mutually beneficial relationship between the Employer, the Employees and the Alliance, and to set forth the terms and conditions of employment as agreed through collective bargaining.

The Employer recognizes the Alliance as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Employees of SODEXO CANADA LIMITED engaged in food services and custodial services at the 15 Wing site in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan except the Director of Support Services, Custodial manager, Production Manager and Office manager.
