The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between JheEmployer,.the Alliance. and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining.
The Employer recognizes the Alliance as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer described in the certificate issued by the Canada Labour Relations Board and as amended from time to time.
