1.         Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm.

2.         National Campaigns.

 1.   National Childcare – Not able to do this year.   

           2.   Pay Equity – Not able to do this year         

           Activities on facilitating educationspending receipt of Materials

3.         Donated Items at the International Women’s Day – Received a letter on May 10, 2011from the Women’s Centre. 

            Gina will send a letter of acknowledgement stating we do not have any funds at this time.

 4.         Treasurer’s report:

            Treasurer Report – Closing Balance $ 961.22

            Income - $ 1500.00 – PRCand HQ Allocation

                           $ 1000.00 – PRCConvention Subsidy Dollars               

            Nicole moved that her report be accepted as tabled.

 5.         Audit

To have an audit conducted by the Calgary Area Council.

 6.         To reimburse Dolly Ablitt for:

            1. Two Materials – Buttons –                                                    $ 51.00

            2. Farewell Card for long standing Member Sylvia Garrioch -    $   5.25

            3. Farewell Dinner for long standing Member Sylvia Garrioch - $ 80.81

 7.         Regional Convention:

Move to provide an advance of $250 to Gina Albert for the PRCConvention to be reconciled upon return.
