SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
Victoria Park, Scarth St and 12th Ave, Regina, SK - About 100 people stood outside over the 45 minutes. They handed out flyers and half of a cookie, explaining that when the government cuts public services, you'll only be getting half the services, and talked with the public. Bruce Cook, UTE local President, did the media interviews. CBC, CBC radio, CTV and Global all attended.
CFIA, Moose Jaw SK – Members used black electrical tape as armbands.
1 First Nations Way, Regina SK – Members at Aboriginal Affairs & Northern Development Canada wore black shirts.
Research Farm, Swift Current SK – Members from Agriculture local 40054 wore black and stood outside the workplace in support.

We admire the courage and persistence of all of the Sisters and Brothers who wore a sticker, waved a flag, or put on a black arm band, and collectively rallied together to take a stand against the damaging austerity agenda of this government.
