We arranged for a representative from Royal Bank to speak to our members as to what options were available to them in terms of what to do with their severance pay out.
We participated in the 7,000 generations walk and assisted with petitions to prevent Nuclear Waste from being deposited in the province.
We attended the Portraits of Honour for our fallen soldiers and gave $100.00 donation to the spouses/families who had lost their significant other.
We participated in the Labour Day festivities and received signatures on the petition not to cut public services.
