- Greetings: Organizers and Mayor or alternate
- March to Galt Gardens
- 12:00 p.m.
- Speeches by AFL President, Local Officials
- Introduction of local union presidents
- Food is served
- Bamboo Guppies; first set
- Face painting, bouncy castles and games start
- Lethbridge Band performance
- Bamboo Guppies; second set
- 4:00 p.m.
- Wind-down & Clean up
