MINUTES

Call to Order:   Meeting was called to order by James at 7:15 pm.  James welcomed everyone to the meeting and there were introductions of members.  

Agenda:    Agenda was approved and all were in agreement.

Elections:

            i.          Position of Chair.

James Somers was nominated by Mildred Ncube.  Kim Cardinal seconded.  James Somers let his name stand.

As no further nominations were received James Somers was acclaimed and is the newly elected Chair.

ii.         Position of Vice Chair.

Kim Cardinal was nominated by Patty Jessome.  Charmaine Nelson seconded. Kim Cardinal let her name stand.

As no further nominations were received Kim Cardinal was acclaimed and is the newly elected Vice Chair.

iii.        Position of Secretary.

Mildred Ncube was nominated by Freada Vamvounis - Clarke.  Patty Jessome seconded. Mildred Ncube let her name stand.

As no further nominations were received Mildred Ncube was acclaimed and is the newly elected Secretary.

iv.        Position of Treasurer.

Kim Haynes was nominated by James.  Kim Cardinal seconded.

No further nominations were received – Kim Haynes was acclaimed and is the newly elected Treasurer.

Ballets – A motion was made by Kim Cardinal to destroy ballets.  Patty Jessome seconded.  All were in favor to destroy the ballets.

Signing Authority:

We request and authorize the bank to remove the names of those who have held signing authority in 2016.

We request and authorize the bank to add the following names who are approved by this committee to hold signing authority and are the newly executive as follows:  James Somers, Kim Cardinal, and Kim Haynes.

Oath Of Office.  All newly elected executive: James Somers, Mildred Ncube, Kim Haynes, and Kim Cardinal took the Oath of Office.
