PRAIRIE REGION COMMITTEES AND COUNCILS Within the Prairie Region, PSAC activists participate in a variety of committees and councils, including the following currently established committees and councils:

In order to address many of the concerns in our workplaces with the constantly evolving responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, the PSAC Prairie Region offered an interactive webinar detailing employer responsibilities, and employee options to protect themselves from exposure, most importantly through a worker’s right to refuse dangerous work, by reviewing the legislation for both federally and provincially legislated workplaces. We also reviewed other actions workplaces can take to protect the health and safety of all.
