All Nations' Healing Hospital Collective Agreement

COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN 

THE PUBLIC SERVICE ALLIANCE OF CANADA 

(herein called the “Alliance”) 

and 

ALL NATIONS’ HEALING HOSPITAL INC. 

(formerly Fort Qu’appelle Indian Hospital inc.) (herein called the “Hospital”) 

April 1st, 2008 to March 31st 2012 

It is the purpose of both parties to this Collective Agreement to maintain harmonious relations and settled conditions of employment between the Hospital and the Alliance, to promote co-operation and understanding between the Hospital and its staff, to recognize the value of joint discussion and negotiations in all matters pertaining to conditions of employment, rates of pay and hours of work, to secure prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to promote the well being of all employees of the bargaining unit, to promote efficient operation of the Hospital and that first consideration will be given to the welfare of the patients of the Hospital, and to provide optimum hospital and clinical services to First Nations' People and the general public. 

The Hospital recognizes the Alliance as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for employees in the classifications included in the bargaining unit as certified by the Canada Labour Relations Board on the 14th day of November, 1996.
