COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN

ARAMARK CANADA LTD.

(AT 15 WING MOOSE JAW)

AND

PUBLIC SERVICE ALLIANCE OF CANADA

(UNION OF NATIONAL DEFENSE EMPLOYEES LOCAL 40807)

July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2010

The purpose of this collective agreement is to maintain and mutually beneficial relationship
between the Employer, the employees and the Alliance, and to set forth the terms and
conditions of employment as agreed through collective bargaining.

The Employer recognizes the Alliance as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of ARAMARK CANADA LTD. engaged in facility services at the 15 Wing site in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan except the Accommodation Manager and Office Manager.
