Winnipeg Airport Authority Collective Agreement

COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN 

THE PUBLIC SERVICE ALLIANCE OF CANADA, U.C.T.E. LOCAL 50600 

and

WINNIPEG AIRPORTS AUTHORITY INC. 

July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2012 

The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the Union and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining. 

The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer described in the certificate issued by the Canada Labour Relations Board dated July 30, 1997, for the General Bargaining Unit.
