How To Run a Meeting

This new one-day course will help Local Executive and PSAC Committee members develop strategies for organizing meetings, sorting out the work and sharing responsibilities.  You will develop the use of consensus decision making for your meeting.  We will also work on ideas on managing your union work with other responsibilities.
