Are you interested in Lobby training?
Lobbying politicians who can make a difference and help activists attain their goals and objectives is a tool that unions can use to their advantage. This session will help participants prepare for all aspects of lobbying from requesting a meeting with a politician to the follow-up phase.
By the end of this session, participants will:
understand the reasons for lobbying
understand how to prepare for a lobby meeting
look at how to conduct themselves at lobby meetings
know how to write up a lobby report and follow-up
