May 4, 2016This course will bring together Local Executive members and committee members for skill development and knowledge building. Local Executive members and Committee members will learn to work more effectively by developing an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The course will introduce alternatives to assist with decision-making processes, and help participants develop the tools necessary for managing Local/Committee workloads more effectively.
