5:15 P.M. Call to Order
In Attendance:

Review of last meeting minutes
Minutes from April 12, 2017 have been reviewed and approved.
Chair report – No report
Secretary – No report – Vacant position
Treasurer’s Report – Vacant position
• Current Bank Balance is $86.95.00 as of August 31, 2017
Other business
• Discussed RAPC Allocation discrepancies - Letter from Marianne
Cheque 0041 – was foe elder honorarium, cheque 0042 was for elder honorarium.
Deposit of $100 was for FNUC Round Dance MMIW
Sent amended transaction log and financial stamen to Louise to forward to Marianne.
• Secretary/Treasurer position is currently vacant. Janette Husak put her name forward to take over the Secretary/Treasurer duties. Dave and Paul in agreement.
• Committee executive is as follows:
Dave Beeds – Chair
Paul Daigneault – Vice Chair
Janette Husak – Secretary/Treasurer
• Committee members to take copy of meeting minutes to TD to change over bank signatories.
Next meeting:
• November 2017 (need to pick date)
• December 2017 – if funding is received partner with Friendship Centre on having a Christmas dinner for the homeless.
• Provide a meal to after school kids program
