December 7, 2016The Regina Human Rights Committee is holding a Mental Health Seminar on December 10, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event will be located at the PSAC Regional Office, Suite 200, 2445 - 13th Ave.
Donna Bowyer from the Canadian Mental Health Association will speaking about mental health and resources available.
Timothy Hubick will be facilitating a workshop on work life balance and mental health.
