Saskatoon - H&S - Representing Members with Mental Health Issues - October 26, 2019

This one-day course for stewards will develop your understanding of the concepts of mental health, how mental health issues impact our workplaces, and the challenges stewards face when representing members experiencing mental health issues.  You will learn from actual cases that have been through the grievance and adjudication process, and you will explore the union’s duty to represent members, and the employer’s duty to accommodate.
