Stewards as Problem Solvers Module - November 9, 2016

Participants will explore conflict resolution tips that can be used in the workplace and will practice holding meetings, interviewing complainants and documenting important facts.
Participants will also brainstorm ways to deal with workplace problems outside the grievance procedure.
