- Top concerns we felt for members with disabilities are:
- Duty to Accommodate
Realizing that we still have a lot of work to do in order to make sure that the Employer is filling out their responsibilities of request for accommodation from their employees and as well to ensure that our members are welled trained and have the required resources on how to proceed to help a member requesting an accommodation.

- Mental Health
We need to more & learn more on mental health. Education our members and equipping them in order that they fell comfortable to help a member with mental health problems.

- Sick Leaves
Sometimes members with a disability need to use additional sick leave to have follow up medical appointments related to their disability, surgery, therapy and therefore are more vulnerable to the attack on sick leave which is an attack to the member in its self.

- WFA
We suspect that members with disability were highly affected by WFA in a disproportional manner; but before looking into doing something in that matter, we will seek help from PSAC for statistic to first establish h and confirm that there was in fact an issue before taking action.
