RWC Minutes for February 02-2009
In Attendance: Connie Gress, Betty Sproule, and Tracy Fayant.

v RWC workshop- We finalized our Agenda and Budget.
v An agenda will go out this week along with registration forms to all local presidents.
v We selected February 18th as our early bird registration and those that register by then will be entered into a draw for 1 night at the 7 Oaks hotel.
v Final Registration will be Friday February 27th @ 4:30pm
v We are anticipating 50 participants.
v Connie is taking care of all technical equipment we will need.
v Tanya/Tracy has volunteered to do the baking for the cookies for snack breaks at the workshop.
v We have chosen to go with Du Terra for the catering.
v We will have a final meeting for the workshop on Monday February 23rd @ 515pm. I please urge everyone to try and come out to this meeting. We will be delegating the duties for the workshop that day and making last minute preparations and everyone’s input would be great!
v The RWC AGM will be on March 16th @515pm. Once again this will be a very important meeting to attend. We will also be able to discuss the workshop and how it went.
v We finalized all speakers/entertainment as follows:
Rainwater singers/drummers –opening day
Street Culture Kidz-gang violence how women are involved.
Sandra Anakwew-Breast Cancer
Janice Bernier- food security
Belly dancing to end the day with laughter and fun
