1. Call to Order – 5:30 pm by Gloria Kelly
2. PSAC Statement on Harassment not read but agreed to abide
3. Adoption of Agenda – accepted
4. Adoption of Minutes -- Thursday March 25, 2010

6. UPDATE – 2010 Habitat Build with guest speaker Kim Wilson from Habitat for Humanity Winnipeg
Kim presented a slide show presentation on Habitat and how the program works for families and how the donations are used to support their projects and how critical the funding is this year
7. NEW – Fight Back Campaign – Winnipeg meeting is June 22 and locals in the Winnipeg area were asked to send either the president or executive member along with a shop steward. The day will be about the Fight Back campaign that is being launched and how to ensure that we go back to the workplace and inform our members. This is not a short term campaign but will be evolving over the coming months as we head into bargaining.
8. Next meeting date – Wed September 29, 2010 at 5:15 pm
9. Round Table – Gloria mentioned that in Charlottetown this weekend, the PSAC is presenting Jim Flaherty with over 100,000 signatures for the pension petition to show that members and Canadians want a healthy pension strategy and to ensure that our pension benefits are not decreased. Matt advised that the Prairie Region Convention is June 2011 and as an area council will with have a delegate and need to ensure that we plan a meeting to elect a representative.
