Carol reported that Tracy still has the books. They are being audited.
There was an e-mail from Deanna Kimball on being over on the donation amount on the budget. We will have to send her a breakdown on what was budgeted for. Vimbai will respond with an explanation
6.) Update - 2009 Manitoba Women's Seminar and Budget
This will be postponed till the fall.
7.) School Supply Drive
It was agreed to try for the Sept 13 Bomber home game.
Tracy will take the lead on this as she has the connections with the Bomber Office
8.) Habitat for Humanity – 2009 Volunteer Day
Tracy forwarded information on this to committee
A discussion on how to raise the $200.00 for participating was done. Deferred till next meeting
