Annual General Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: 5:40 P.M.
In attendance: Michelle Lang, Dani Aubichon, Sandra Ahenakew, Janelle Whitrow and PSAC Rep Martha Johnson

Approval of Mar 7, 2017 RWC AGM minutes: (M) Dani (S) Sandra
Financial Update and budget provided by Dani there is $2,400.66 in the bank account as of February 28, 2018. Michelle (M) approval of Financial report, (S) Sandra
Budget Review: Discussion on what events to include in budget. Michelle suggested the RWC put a float in the Santa Clause parade. MMIWG Mother’s Day Walk; 2018 is the final year the RWC will organize a Mother’s Day Walk. Janelle suggested we have a pancake breakfast – Janelle will find out getting pancake mix donated. Martha will look into Food safety. Dani will find out about regulations/booking Wascana park authority.
Discussion on advertising for the Mother’s Day Walk: Community Radio; Prairie Dog ect... Michelle will set up a Facebook page.
