Meeting called to order at 5:30
Adoption of Agenda moved by Brett – seconded by Michelle
Introductions/Roundtable
Statement on Harassment read by Satinder – Martha Johnson appointed Harassment Coordinator
Minutes from August meeting were voted on and passed.
Financial report presented by Dani Aubichon Motion to adopt the report made by Michelle and seconded by Satinder – Motion carried
No Old Business
New Business: Discussion about December 10 National Human Rights Day. Discussed a few ideas but settled on joining other group at the University of Regina to observe with others. We thought we would do a poster, but with time lines being so tight we decided not to do anything at this time but will revisit in the future.
Future possible meeting dates for the HRC was discussed. Tim will contact Martha and Keith at the PSAC Regina Regional office to check for availability of the PSAC boardroom.
Discussion about ensuring contact information was correct
Michelle remind the committee of the importance of showing support to postal workers rally.
Martha told us about some upcoming PSAC courses in 2019.
