Bank Balance as of April 30th, 2019 - $1142.10 No outstanding cheques
PRC Report
- Isaac Armstrong has moved onto another union job – staffing is in progress

Important change to fully funded convention delegates – minutes to the meeting where the member is nominated, seconded & voted in to be the delegate to convention must be included in the online registration process
7. Procedures for Committee(s) / Council(s) record retention – New policy to be coming out for record retention -
8. Financial training / Strategic planning sessions –
The Prairie Region Council finance committee will be holding a 2 day (during the work week) strategic planning / financial training sessions in Sept / Oct 2019. These sessions will include executive members of the councils / committees in the Northern SK region, PRC members, Regional office staff & the REVP. These sessions are to familiarize members with the financial package, how to submit business case plans & how to take great ideas and make them a reality.

June 11th – Breakfast will be served at 2221 Hanselman between 8 & 9 then off to the Saskatoon Community Village

June 22nd – meet at PSAC office between 930 & 11am for coffee & muffins

- National Public Service Week – June 9th to 15th – Let’s get it done stickers – take pictures with members

- PA group – Tuesday, June 18th (5pm or 630pm) at the Sask Intercultural (office across parking lot from PSAC office)

- Regional office moving end of August – new address is 333 – 3rd Ave – 4th floor – more to follow in upcoming months
- June 8th – A womens place is in her union course – 10 members have signed up 5 – June 21st – National Indigenous Peoples day – Victoria park

- Scholarships – deadline for applications is June 28th
