Updates from the PSAC Regional Woman’s conference:

• Each group was asked to work on a special project for the coming year.  Our group talked about supporting the Red Dress Project
• Ways we can help
  • Ask for dresses from family and co-workers
  • Contact Leila
  • Make packages to handout
    • Printed material
    • Red dress
    • Information showing the union walking with this project and supporting it

• Election work
  • Encourage members to vote
  • Support the Area Council and their activities
• Other ideas for involvement
  • Adopt a union family to support at Christmas time
    • Ask co-workers for names or members or friends that we could support

• Bring in hotel toiletries to hand out to varies shelters and organizations

Next Meeting will be November 19, 2019.
