Meeting called to order at 5:15pm

President’s Report
In the past year, the SAC has participated in the Day of Mourning, Pride Parade, Remembrance Day, Day of Caring and our annual open house.
PRC Report
None at this time

Treasurer’s Report
Bank Balance as of Dec 31st, 2019 - $1681.94
Outstanding payments
GCWCC - $100 (Sister Elena Beynon)
Summer Snack program - $300 (SDLC)
Remembrance Day Wreath - $75 (to Sister Nettleton)
Pride Parade - $22.80 (to Sister Nettleton)
Open House - $ 194.82 (to Sister Nettleton)
Balance once above cheques are reconciled = $989.32
Sister Evelyn Jackson sent an email to the REVP requesting approval to allow a 1 time use of having a member sign the cheque that is written out to them. The reasoning being that the SAC has tried several times between Aug & Dec 2019 to fill the position of VP but to no avail, & Sister Jackie Nettleton is retiring within the next several months and it would be unreasonable to expect her to wait several more months for a reimbursement of funds. The REVP approved this 1 time change. A cheque in the amount of $292.62 was written for Sister Jackie Nettleton.

No other nominations - Sister Elena Beynon acclaimed as Vice-President
Secretary / Treasurer – not filled at this time – President & VP to assume the duties until a ST can be elected
Area Council Rep to the PRC - Sister Kelsey Oram was nominated & seconded by Sisters Brenda Ochosky & Audrey Berlovan
No other nominations - Sister Kelsey Oram acclaimed as the SAC Rep to the PRC
