Welcome/Call to Order – Freada Vamvounis called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
Election for PRC EAC Representative:
Deb Basaraba nominates Dragana Ristivojevic
Mildred Ncube seconds the nomination
Dragana Ristivojevic is elected
Election for 1st Alternate PRC EAC Representative:
Dragana Ristivojevic nominates Corie McGaughey
Steve Sukhbir seconds the nomination
Corie McGaughey is elected
Election for 2nd Alternate PRC EAC Representative:
Dragana Ristivojevic nominates Kosmas Doerschel

Signing Authority:
We request and authorize the bank to remove the current names, whom held signing authority in 2019. They are as follows: Adrian Nelson (President), Kosmas Doerschel (Treasurer) and Carm Chan PSAC Regional Representative.
We request and authorize the bank to add the following names whom have been elected and approved by this committee to hold signing authority. The newly executive for 2020 are as follows: Freada Vamvounis (President), Darlene Lewis (Vice President), Sabino Spagnuolo (Treasurer).
Motion to destroy the ballots by Kim Cardinal, seconded by Freada Vamvounis – motion passed.
Freada Vamvounis adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m.
