7. Election of delegate to PSAC Prairies Triennial Convention for June 2020
o Lindsey to open floor for nominations for delegate to Convention

o Lindsey to open floor for nominations for alternate delegate to Convention
• Jackie nominated Gus, Michelle seconded, Gus declined

Financial Report:
Sister Michelle presented the Committee’s financial statement.  The balance is $443.63
The committee requested a $400 in November for Human Rights initiatives. The fund is not received as of yet but the committee was informed that the fund was approved.  The committee will check with Sister Marianne (Prairies REVP) about the status.

Events & Action planning:
-              February is Black History Month.
-              May is Asian Heritage Month.
Having a presentation evening to celebrate Black History Month was discussed: 
Gus will request from Lindsey the possibility of Lindsey delivering the presentation on Wednesday February 19th

Next Meeting:
Wednesday March 12 is going to be the Committee’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Roundtable:
-              Brother Greg inquired about having again the Tri-Committee meeting so all committees/council are on the same page. Greg will take the lead on reaching out to Committees/Council executive to organize it.
-              Brother Wes Blaine enjoyed attending his first HR committee meeting
