We had an exciting line up of performers, including some very talented members!
Allen Christie, Alberta Musician from Alhambra, Alberta (Metis). Allen Christie is one of Alberta's premiere Roots artists. He's perfected his addictive blend of roots, country and folk to create a deeply personal sound that is unmistakably Albertan - and he might throw in some banjo or mandolin for good measure.
Tracy Bone, Manitoba Musician from Keeseekoowenin Ojibway First Nation in Southwestern Manitoba. Tracy was nominated for a Juno award for her debut album, No Lies. She has recently returned from a hiatus from the music industry.
We will also be joined by members Gregory Shimizu and Twilla MacLeod, drummers from Edmonton, Jon Jeffery, a guitarist from Calgary, Bea Kobialko, a singer songwriter from Saskatoon, and Agnes Martin & Ed Labrie, performing a duet from Edmonton.
