Remembrance Day November 11 $250
Sr. Kosteniuk brought information from the Royal Legion about the cost of a wreath. A review of the wreaths was done and the consensus was that the 20 inch wreath for $75.00 would be appropriate. We were unable to make a donation to the Veteran’s Food Bank in 2019 but perhaps for 2020 we could do the wreath and a $175 donation
National Day of Mourning April 28 $150
CDLC event that we participate in; we need a new wreath or arrangement as ours was lost in 2018
Jenn to look at kijiji for greenery and flowers
CDLC has partnered with Safeway Crowfoot florist, so an arrangement could be made by unionized workers but the cost is $225 and consensus was that this is too high a cost.
