a. The PRC requires the elections of Area Council Elections to be held in the first quarter of the calendar year
1. It was moved that the Lethbridge and District Area Council move it elections to the first quarter of the calendar year.

b. A discussion about bargaining with the staff (CULE)
i. Lethbridge and District Area Council  propose the following motion to show our support to the staff
1. “The Lethbridge and District Area Council urges our PSAC Leadership to instruct the negotiating team back to the table and bargain fairly with CULE members working for the Public Service Alliance of Canada.  2020-2021 will be a pivotal year for our union, with conventions in every component, national equity conferences, seminars and education to deliver - more importantly, our members in several bargaining tables are heading into ratification and strike votes. We need these valuable employees on the job, more importantly we need to bargain with them fairly and constructively, as we would have our employer bargain with us."
