Meeting called to order at 5:40pm

President’s Report
Day of Mourning – April 28th, 2020 – being held at the Masonic Temple (1021 Saskatchewan Crescent West, Saskatoon) – Ongoing discussion for a new ribbon – not sure were to get from but a new one is needed
Summer Snack Program – Sister Kelsey to check with the Saskatoon & District Labour Council regarding a donation
Strike Votes – March 16th to May 6th – check PSAC web site often for dates & times
Prairie Voice Awards – any nominations from here???
Elections
Secretary / Treasurer – not filled at this time – President & VP to assume the duties until a ST can be elected – possible to canvas at strike votes
PRC Report
Sister Evelyn gave an update on the 2020 Convention
Treasurer’s Report
Bank Balance as of Feb 29th - $1036.28
No outstanding payments
New Business
Sister Evelyn to send new by-laws to Saskatoon office
Round Table
Lunchtime meetings – discussion on the possibility – could work – maybe more members would call in – more to follow
