6:04 pm MST Meeting called to order by Freada
Stacy motioned to defer approval of previous minutes to next Edmonton Area Council meeting. Charmaine seconded, Motion carried unanimously
The group went through resolutions for the purpose of submitting them to the PSAC Prairie Region Triennial Convention. Please see below for outcomes on the presented resolutions
Resolution #1 – “Component National Officers” Motioned by Sabino, Seconded by Charmaine
Motion defeated (resolution included at the end of end of these minutes)
Resolution #2 – “Protection If an Incident Occurs While Delegates are Taking Part in Events”.
Motioned by Sabino, Seconded by Victor Resolution carried unanimously. Resoultion included at the end of these minutes.
Resolution #3 –“Registration Fees” Motioned by Sabino, Seconded by Charmaine.

Resolution #4 “Sexual Harassment: Motioned by Sabino, Seconded by Charmaine, Tied,
Motion defeated (resolution included at the end of end of these minutes)
Resolution #5 Motioned by Staci, Seconded by Darlene – with amendment to remove the “be it further resolved’ section. Motion carried.
Abstentions: Charmaine, Sabino and Victor.
Resolution #6 Motion by Shawn, Seconded by Corie, Carried unanimously.
