In Attendance:

  • 1.  Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm.

    •  

     

     

     

     

     

     2.   International Women’s Day.  Gail emailed Kevin and Dolly regarding the food trays; awaiting replies.  Gail is emailing Dolly about the buttons; waiting      reply by email from Dolly.  Nicole is bringing cue cards for the 1930’s & 1940’s       skit and 200 postcards.  Response from Dolly regarding the food; food trays in the        amount of $ 150.00 (as per our budget) will be picked up by April of Local        UFCW.  Sylvia & Gina will be buying material for Bandanas & Gina will make    them.  Nicole will be buying jean or T shirts at ValueVillage.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • 3.  Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m.  The next meeting will take place on April 20, 2011, at 5:30 p.m.  Update:  Meeting rescheduled to April 28, 2011.
