Brother Caron accepts nomination by acclamation.
Review of Deposits and Expenses for the year 2010
Raj initials bank statement against detailed deposits and Expenses. Nicole Frechette audit statement regarding the audit and there were no irregularities found. Nicole is treasurer of the Calgary Women’s committee.
Budget Discussion
Estimates re-configuration, four years mandate and layout.
Discusstion of Future events
Plant Gates, and desk drops, mailing of cards. How effective are these?
Fairy Tale Queer Film Festival
Adding of $500.00 for public service announcements. Theatre will require Banner, 2 weeks of films 1 hour to 1.5 hours in length. Adds will feature LGBT themes at the beginning of each film. Focused towards the LGBT Youth Audience. Will be at UPTOWN theatre and volunteers will get T Shirts and invite to June 3 wrap up party.
Motion by Brother Caron to reimburse Raj Hari for the amount of $46.55 for the light meal for this meeting.

Brother Hunt introduced a motion to reimburse $600.00 advance for Brother Caron for booking of airfare for the Winnipeg Convention. Hotel and Other costs will be reimbursed after convention.
