1. Meeting called to order at 5:45 pm.
2. International Women’s Day
Meeting held March 8th in Carpenter’s Hall and was a huge success. The Raging Grannies were excellent. The Bread and Roses song was sung. Messages of Hope - upcoming. There was a buffet meal and the RWC supplied 2 cakes, Cheetos and 2 cheese and meat trays. Dolly took tons of pictures at the event.
3. RWC Financials for 2009
Reviewed Financial Statement for 2009. Treasurer will ask the bank if the RWC as a not for profit organization have to pay monthly fees or if it’s possible to have the fess waived.
Motion to accept Financial Statements as read and Nicole will amend and forward amended items to Gail by March 12, 2010.

4. 2010 RWC Proposed Budget
Review proposed budget. Any additional activities will require additional budget.
Motion to accept proposed Budget as read and amended.

5. Elections
RWC Elections will be held at next meeting June 22, 2010at 5:30 pm.
6. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:35 pm. The next meeting will take place June 22, 2010.
