Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm
5.1 Approval of previous minutes - Approved
5.2 Adoption of agenda - Adopted
5.3 Capital Ex Parade update: Discussion on the final float design. Two nights for decorating July 20 & 21. All items available and now just waiting for the bodies to come and put it all together. Pizza, pop and water will be provided.
5.4 Update of Habitat for Humanity: Nina coming into the RO to phone around to the Locals this week. Looks good so far. Have about 16 - 18 names. Not too sure about the fundraising and how it is going. Robyn may be able to sponsor two members worth of funding.
5.5 Round table - not much was added.
5.6 Adjournment - 6:49 pm
