Call to order:
The meeting was called to order by brother Gary Sparvier at 6:40 p.m.
Minutes of Previous Meeting:
Minutes of _Apr 3, 2012 AGM were approved

Financial Report– Sr. Husak, Secretary
Sister Janette prepared financial statements and sent them to Alex George who forwarded them to Allison at PSAC.
Annual Budget request – amended numbers for total Budget request for 2013. Motion to amend budget from $-1278.42 to $2325.00

Janette presented to accept the financial statements

Motion to reimburse Janette husak for AGM Dinner expenses
m/s/c – Micheal/Alex
Sr. Husak presented bank balance as of February 28, 2013 - $4050.51 minus a cheque issued of $391.50 to PSAC for a hotel accommodation for Bryan Thompson.
