Those elected will serve until 8 March 2016 which is the date set for the next AGM so as to be able to do elections and financials in one meeting.
5- New Business
Work plan for the coming year presented by Brother Chris taking into account the fact have to have four meetings minimum in any fiscal year to be in compliance with bylaws.

Additionally committee will be working with area council on activities around PSAC priorities.
Looking at four times where we will have volunteers at Siloam Mission as part of ongoing social justice activities. Likely will be in October (2 nights) and February (2 nights).
Into summer 2016 we would like to do something with Habitat for Humanity to support building of one of the homes.
Sister Lorelei moved the plan seconded by Brother Gunars. Passed
Sister Gloria will provide Brother Chris will a possible t-shirt that may be workable for our members who are out doing activities to provide visibility.
Brother Gunars will provide information on deaf awareness week that is in September.
