Saskatoon RWC Meeting Minutes - December 3, 2015
5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Attendance:
Nancy Johnson (UTE), Jacque Maurice (UTE), Lois Lafond (UTE)
Chair’s Report:
Nancy provided an update for the December 6th event, advertised on an FB event page, PSAC prairies website.
Committee members stated that they will assist in any way that they can.
Roses and photos need to be printed for the event. Food trays ordered.

The SWCC is also holding a December 6th shoe memorial at the U of S in the tunnel. Shoes on display will be donated to a local women’s shelter.
Nancy stated that she will be attending the PSAC Women’s Forum on Domestic Violence in the Workplace next weekend in Ottawa. She is looking forward to sharing the results to the women’s committees.
Liberal government is close to calling an inquiry to MMIW in the new year, expected to hear news around December 6th.
Financial update:
Jacque left early and did not provide up to date bank balance or sign outstanding cheques. Nancy will meet with her at the December 6th event. E-statement balance as at November 30th-$753.52
