Treasurer's Report -  Treasurer's report not available, yearend report will be ready for February's AGM Current ending balance is $2,639.02 2014 Labor Christmas trees donation $200.00 and 2O14 Kent Road School donation $500.00 will be sent this month and put under 2014. Previous Business:
A) Update on December 6 "Sisters United" event -PSAC Regional Boardroom from 10:00 to 3:00 –requested speaker  Deanne Crothers MLA speaking on political activism and work life balance -10 people attended with lobbying discussions and child care kitchen table conversations in morning and speaker in afternoon -lunch provided -will do again but with a registration fee to be reimbursed on attendance or donated to a charity as over half registered didn't show -bagged toiletries for Nova House women's shelter that will also be shared with other shelters in need                                                                                                      

 B) Update on Seasonal Celebration 2O14 -lots of networking/conversation -huge thank you to Sister Gloria Kelly on the food it was wonderful.                                                                                                                                               

C) Report on way ahead from regional team -not finalized yet, conference call was Friday with lots of data that needs to be sorted -expectations for training, lobbying, and letter writing campaigns still in works -PSAC webinar on Wednesday info on web page.                                                                                                                

D) Update on Nova House women's shelter -funding has been announced for the building of a new facility. The provincial government has committed to $1 million, Jim and Betty Ann Gaynor have donated $500,000 and the city of Selkirk has provided the land and the shelter will need to raise $500,000 as well. A new shelter that is client friendly will be an asset. Nova House wants to thank all for the support they have received. -thanks to Ken Friesen and wife Sandra Stewart on the donation of shampoos -thanks to Dr. Michaela Burley on the donation of toothpaste and toothbrushes.

New Business:
A) Plans for 2015 -plans to be formed at the AGM -ideas -4Oth anniversary women in RCMP a speakers -lnternational Women's Day March 8th -Breakfast for Learning-tour of facility -Food bank tour                                            

B) Financial Plans for 2015 -to be ready for AGM                                                                                                                                   

C) Meeting dates for 2015 -Feb 1 7, Mar 10, Apr 14, May 12, June 09, Sept 08, Oct 13, Nov 10 -Dec seasonal celebration Dec 15                                                                                                                                                                     

D) Discussion on committee expectations -Discussion on whether to have open meetings to allow for male attendance for meetings when we have quest speakers. lt was thought that this would not be an issue so as to inform all of women's issues. Further discussion though felt there was a concern that this may hinder some discussions on women's issues as some may not feel comfortable speaking.                                             

E) Elections -Shelley Jamieson will check with Marianne Haldun on who can vote at AGM Feb 17
