PSAC Prairie Region

Approval of the minutes for 11 May and 15 June – all were in favour with a few minor spelling corrections.
As this meeting was for the sole purpose of the Solidarity Breakfast there were no reports.
- We have the business plan and therefore only need to get the funding from the REVP office.
o Goal: was to showcase our accomplishments of this Council and the Area Committees
Talk about upcoming events & get some participation
o When: Saturday before Thanksgiving to
o Venue will be at the Kids in the Hall Bistro
o Guests: approx. 55 – 31 Local Presidents (or rep from that Local) and all council and committee current members
o Food: Catering – Kids in the Hall Bistro
- Our current balance of $1178.99 will need to be used for meeting expenses such as parking and light meals. The invitation 1 month later to the RO for a series of short Labour related movies with pizza & pop and AGM in December for meal expenses.
