- Path of Light: Talked about the event at Canada Place
- Solidarity Breakfast: Discussed in detail about the Business Plan
Goal: was to showcase our accomplishments of this Council and the Area Committees
- Talk about upcoming events & get some participation
When: Saturday before Thanksgiving to
Venue will be City Hall
Guests: approx. 55 – 31 Local Presidents (or rep from that Local) and all council and committee current members
Food: Catering – Kids in the Hall Bistro
Budget Proposed:
Food $1000
Venue fee: (Darlene is checking into this for us)
Parking $550
Childcare $120 (could be higher or lower)
Rental of IT Equipment
- Closing remarks: Invitation (1 month later) to the RO for a series of :short: Labor related movies with pizza & pop.
Spin off from that event an invitation to our AGM in December (1month later)
- RWC Garden Project: AC would still like to assist if this going on
- 8 June: 70% of our Local has some action for this event.
